Return Policy

All online orders are final sale. Inquiries into incorrect order fulfillments will be handled on a case by case basis. We stand by all of our products and ask that if you have any questions you reach out prior to ordering.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment made with Coastal Beauty Bar require a credit card on file. Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window are considered LATE CANCELLATIONS, and you will be charged 50% of the service. By reserving appointments with Coastal Beauty Bar you are agreeing to these terms.

 

Shipping Policy

Coastal Beauty Bar offers 2-5 business day shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States ONLY. ALL sales are final. Coastal Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by USPS tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available


Orders placed on Friday after 11 am pacific time and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping offices are closed over the weekend.


You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at info@coastalbeautybar.com

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.
